We take great pride in crafting ceramic dinnerware that’s made to elevate your everyday table. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We understand that buying handcrafted tableware online can be a leap of faith. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging.
- A video of the unpacking process is mandatory and must clearly show the product being opened for the first time. This helps us verify and process claims quickly and fairly.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with the unpacking video and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, products must be shipped back to us. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
To initiate a return, please email vistas.home07@gmail.com with your order number, unpacking video, and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you from there.
Please note:
- Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Custom or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All claims for shortages or transit damage must be made on the day of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
To cancel, write to us at vistas.home07@gmail.com with your order details.
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
You’ll be notified once the refund has been processed.
